Q: Alimony arrangements

Wife works; I'm disabled. Our adult daughter lives with us and will live with wife once we're divorced. Does my daughter's income figure in alimony arrangements? They'll have two incomes and I'm on disability.

Your friend needs to have somebody read the contract to him. Does the contract say the price of the car is $30,000 or is it $32,000?

Q: Can I have dealership remove paint protection and gps theft protection add on?

Dealership added warranty, paint protection, and gps tracker on the contract. The contract was already signed, we were able to have the warranty removed, but not the paint protection and gps theft protection as they said they are required when buying new vehicles from their dealership. You have asked a good question which should serve as a warning to all consumers: Read the contract before you sign it.

I think I can guarantee that if you had complained before you signed, those add-ons would have been removed. The dealer's explanation is simply bs to lull people into...

I have a trademark NOA for a dating service that is free. It is a mobile phone application and a website that serves about 3500+ users - is fair game to file the statement of use for the trademark? Or do I need to start making sales on the app?

You do not need necessarily have sales. Your product or service needs to be available to the public for use or purchase. In your case you should be able to file a SOU. Consult with an attorney, this is not legal advise.

If the vacant lot is titled in the name of the trust, there is a very specific process that must be followed that complies with the terms of the trust with respect to incapacity of the trustee.
