Are you talking about Uniform Transfers to Minors Act (UTMA)? If you are suing someone you should be looking for a litigator, financial malpractice litigator.

Q: In east Tennessee is it illegal to drive any vehicle type in streams, creeks or rivers?

No. Some Parks may have specific vehicle restrictions, but they will not be limited to water crossings.

Are you still in high school? If not and you are over 18, you are now a tenant subject to eviction as any other tenant unfortunately.

An Indiana attorney should be able to answer those questions for you. There are some states where being somewhat estranged or abandoned may eliminate your otherwise possible share in their estate.

Q: Can a non profit 501 c3 organization lose their non profit status if they earn too much income in one year?

I work for a non profit swim club and we are wondering what the limit of earned income and reserved income we can hold onto with out losing our non profit status. We are following all the other non profit policies, but cannot find a clear answer for this. Thank you.

If you are trying to ask a question about, when you move in together and things don't work out, whether you can sue for breach of contract; the answer is no. Had you been married, on the other hand, you would very well have a number of options.

I'm sorry this happened to you. It looks like you already did many of the things that could be done. If you have a renter's insurance policy, check its provisions for personal property loss. But keep in mind that there could be a deductible. I hope it turns up and you get it back. Good luck

Q: How can a father give up his rights voluntary if the mother wants him to? Does someone have to adopt the child/children?

The mother wants him to give up his rights but we don't know how to go about doing it if he doesn't give them up then she is gonna continue to be a headache and threaten him with his kids because sometimes he can't see them on weekends due to working not having a sitter or because of being sick

You would file a petition to terminate parental rights and litigate the issues. Consult counsel to see if your situation would qualify.
