I have read your question and I have some of my own. First let me respond to your question. A summary action in in the landlord-tenant part only determines possession of the premises. You can't get a money judgment in that part, nor can you use the decision beyond obtaining possession of the... Read more »

unless you have seen a doctor b/c of this .....it doesn't sound like a PI case.

you can contact a civil lawyer, but they may bill you for a consultation and hourly for legal work.

maybe contact your Union or your boss or a labor law attorney.

Sure, you should. If you don't, and you visit here (I assume the ticket was in Florida), you might get into trouble. Also, there is an interstate compact by which your driver license can be suspended for failure to pay the ticket.

Is that really true and what are mine and my sisters options? And does my mom have... Read more »

An Arizona attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. I'm very sorry about the loss of your father. Your question is a little bit complex and straddles a number of categories; I can only address the insurance-related ones. The insurance company's decision... Read more »

Q: In disclosure the seller said a hot tub would not stay. We asked to keep in via the PA, they signed it. Who has rights?

The sellers are now saying they will not leave the hot tub despite the PA agreement they signed. Not sure how to proceed.

From the information provided, it appears that you have a contract to purchase the tub. The sellers should comply with it or they risk a suit by you.
