Q: I have kids with my ex girlfriend and she has a Dvo on me .

If I write my kids mothers friend , that I miss my kids and I’m taking steps into therapy and taking parenting classes to better myself. Am I violating , the order ?

You are not violating a no contact order by contacting third parties but if you are contacting them so that they contact your ex that would be a violation.

Q: Can a creditor of mine put a lien on a house that my wife and I own together? It’s our primary residence.

I am thinking about filling bankruptcy, but I have previously filed (July of 2015). So if I do decide that I need to I have seven months to wait.

Yes, a creditor of yours can record a judgment that becomes a lien. What it cannot do is foreclose on the lien. Should you file and your bankruptcy is discharged, this judgment will be discharged and the lien evaporates as a matter of law.

Q: Can I request that the auto insurance Company’s lawyer not represent a defendant in small claims court?

The insurance company denied my claim that’s why I am suing for an independent analysis of the accident.

In a typical automobile liability insurance policy, the insurance company has both the right and the duty to defend its insured in any lawsuit triggering coverage under the policy.

If you have plans to marry then you should file FORM I-129F with USCIS to commence the process to eventually obtain the K-1 fiancée visa.
