Cashed at his bank ,it's been 3 years and have dropped to misdemeanors 7 counts not sure what but said I wanted jury trial and bonds person came off bond

We need time to get a place to go. Is 6 months too long

You’ll either have to reach an arrangement with the estate to stay in the house and rent/buy it or you’ll have to move out. Many factors can’t impact it, but 30-60 days is usually the time given to move if no agreement is reached.

Criminal Simulation can be complicated. Hire an attorney to prepare for a Preliminary Hearing. LEO's believe you were involved in some type of transaction. Do not associate with any drug users, and do not get in any more trouble.

Those are Felonies, with potential imprisonment. Hire an attorney to put together your purchase and payment proof. It sounds like you never got the title lien released, then transferred it. If in Sessions, prepare for a Preliminary Hearing.
