The answer will depend on the terms of the agreement. Moving or Storage Companies usually place a cap in the amount of their liability in case the items are lost. The agreements usually require the customer to secure insurance to cover any damages in excess of this cap.

No, it will not nullify your divorce. Was it a consent judgment or did you go to trial?

As an aside, being "known for making motions" isn't necessarily a hallmark of quality lawyering.

So long as the agreement with the Dealership or your employer does not prevent you from using pictures of your work, and your advertisement is truthful and accurate, you may do so.
