Looking good, but I don think that I would necessarily use the Online Check. What would be great is if you could choose your own panes/layout so that you could get it working exactly as you like.

I’m getting a blank dashboard after upgrade from 1.3.00140. My devices are still visible under the “Devices” tab however.

Anyone else seeing this?

I was also seeing this on an earlier 1.4.x version. The dashboard is visible for me again after updating to 1.4.00255.

We ran into this a bunch during the beta, but I thought we had resolved it. Can you open your Javascript console and PM me with any stack traces?

Just as an update if anyone else runs into this… Tim had me delete the device that had previously been in my left most monitoring widget on the dashboard, which for me, happened to be a Windows 2008 R2 Hyper-V server.

Once it was deleted, the dashboard started working again and I was able to re-add the server to the devices list.

I’ve also pinpointed what’s causing this error in general and I’m working on a fix. It will go into our first patch.

Online check http is a very nice addition but the way its implemented doesnt work for me. Our sites use Apache VirtualHost to direct incoming request depending on URL and it looks like you are going by IP. Since we have many sites on a single server I cant monitor them, only the server itself.

P.S. Thanks fixing the 3+ switch issue.

upgrade from 1.3 to 1.4 has failed like past releases…stuck at this 90% starting point!!!

After so many releases, this problem is still happening - can spiceworks come out and say what the cause is yet or just dont know??

Love this tool - but this is the third time now that i will have to do this ‘work around’ install…lose all my monitors…all my settings…reconnect all my assets…everything all over again.

as the tool gets more powerful…this becomes more of a problem.

@DEngelhardt…i was able to upgrade from 1.4.00145 to 1.4.00255 without issue…kept all device etc…

I agree I want to be able to customize the dashboard. I do like the online check but what if we don’t I want to be able to monitor three devices closely like I use to
