My inventory appears to be topped out at 1000 devices. We have sufficient bandwidth and do not want to utilize multiple remote collectors. Any way around this?

There is no hardcoded limit, I would check you can ping the missing devices.

In general you might also find deviding your network in to a couple of chuncks and using Remote Collectors for half the network, might improve performance of Spiceworks and the level of detection and reporting of devices. Many Spicehaeds with large networks use several Remote Collectors to gather data from devices and let the main Spiceworks instance concentrate CPU and RAM resources on reporting, Spiceworks web presence and Helpdesk functionality, not doing any network scanning at all and this works very well.
