3.5 runs 10 X as fast as 3.0/3.2 (For me anyway)
Can’t wait for the network map feature to roll out as well as the API scripting
I was able to install straight over the top, maybe I was lucky Dorf.
I have actually blown away my old install and started from scratch again (waiting on Mysh to migrate the accounts over)…
Hi all, Just installed the software without any problem at all. took 2 min – if.
I am about to test the software and see how it is going to be used as a helpdesk.
greate product - you guys should speak to IBM to put it in their Lotus Notes
is it possible to attach only the path of the file to the voice “document…” ?
example:
\192.168.180.150\root\manual_pc.doc
because I would like to attach the ghost files (big size) located on the backup server
I think it 'd be easy to add this feature, and should be usefull for other customer

After backing up existing install. Installed the beta overtop and it went flawlessly and was quick as well. No problems at this point. Thanks for the great product.

Another flawless upgrade. Took 2-3 minutes including backup! Great job on the screen changes! Looks good so far!
Hehehe, flawless here. Impossible to tell IT people who believe in the company to not install beta over prod. I made a backup first and am willing to lose a few tickets if necessary just because of my faith in the program. Installed right over prod with 0 issues so far. I will follow the guideline throughout the rest of the week and help test specified functionality as well as anything else I see. Great job again of course!

Same as everyone else so far - no problems with the install.
Everything seems OK so far…brilliant!! The custom page feature is great!
Just wanted to give you an update on my install. Everything is working fine and I like the timeline view.
The only issue I have notcied is for Microsft exchange Health. I now show any of the computers I have the exchange management console loaded on but not the actuall email server itself. However this is a feature that has not worked at all for me before now
Installed the Beta on a different machine (Win 2003 Svr Std 32bit) with no issues.
I was able to copy over the DB and DATA folders and all my data was there to view.
Love the new features…especially being able to edit the network scan ranges.
I would love to see a Network Scan on the main navigation menu instead of within Settings.
We run Exchange 2007…The health meter for that has always been inaccurate and still is.
Just installed 3.5. Full of many awesome updates! I commend you guys on your incredible work!
The Custom Attribute option is also awesome!
It seems to be running about the same as the old version, maybe even a tad faster in some places so a BIG plus there
The Full Profile page is way the heck better now as well! Very awesome job guys!
