Whoa, I barely got running with Beta III!

 We’re getting to the end - getting the bugs fixed!

Installing now.

I’m installing now aswell. Whoo hoo!

Anyone running this against Server2008/Exchange2007? I am seeing weird issues where it won’t scan the server, and I was wondering if anyone else saw this.

Installing now…

Exchange 2007 Rollup8 killed WMI, back to the drawing board… :stuck_out_tongue:

Just installed. Looking most excellent. I had been using Joomla as a frontend for our helpdesk portal and just embedding the spiceworks portal in it…but the new Spiceworks portal has come so far I may just get rid of Joomla! This beta is working much better for me than previous versions. Fluid layout is looking really good (I’ve been desperate for this one). Excellent excellent work. Oh, one more thing…I really wish the Group icons in inventory view were smaller or could be resized…I mean is there any reason that they need to be so big?

Exchange 2003 here. I do have a 2008 Server though and it doesn’t scan yet either. I haven’t investigated yet (still playing) but I would imagine it is firewall related…

Excellent! Installing now… any major bugs fixed in this release?

A lot of the User Portal issues should be resolved in this build.

Does this use Ruby v1.90?

Until now, no problems. Spiceworks 4 works run fine with Windows XP. With Vista and Windows 7 is still the problem that it will start but after it don’t works.

A few days ago with the previous beta I posted in the forum about my networkmap showing all items on top of eachother. This release is still doing that. Will that be fixed in an upcoming release or is something going wrong with my installation?

Brilliant work guys. Keep it up.

I didn’t understand… Can we upgrade from the BETA III or should we uninstall the old version and install the new one?

Installing now will let you know later if i have any issues.

Awesome, barely got Beta 111 going, in fact I am still doing a network scan of our entuire network. The network maps, strangely enough, show our 2 Avamar backup nodes as core switches??? Probably taking into consideration the amount of data these 2 move every night

Is there a change log for this release anywhere or am i being silly here !

I will be installing it shortly.
