I have the same problem<\/p>\n
sounds like a backup problem with the existing data<\/p>\n
my solution:<\/p>\n
i install the aktual version<\/p>\n
delete all devices<\/p>\n
creat a backup<\/p>\n
install the beta<\/p>\n
use the backup without the devices<\/p>\n
then it is running<\/p>\n
then scan the devices new<\/p>\n

This sounds like a migration problem in converting your production database to the 6.2 version. Do either of you still have the logs from when this upgrade failed? I’m going to send you each a PM with instructions on how to send those in.<\/p>\n
