This is a small patch to resolve an issue some users were experiencing after updating to the 7.5.00104 build. The bug only affected 7.5.00104, preventing app backups from succeeding if ticket/device attachment filenames contained certain characters.
We released a fix for this individual bug because of the potential for backups to fail silently when running 7.5.00104.

I posted here about the issue originally https://community.spiceworks.com/blog_entry_comments/45431 and can confirm this patch resolves the mentioned back failure issue.

In my previous update 7.5.101 the 'New Ticket form changed. It would be good to have the ability to resize the window. It would good to have the window open to full frame also.

This looks like the old Help Desk form - we aren’t working on that version any longer. Instead your Help Desk URL should look like /tickets/v2 and the form for new tickets looks more like this:
Are you already familiar with the old vs. new Help Desks? You can control which Help Desk is “default” using Settings → Help Desk → Advanced Settings → Use original Help Desk interface → off.

After installing v7.5.00107 I am now no longer able to set/view schedules for different scan ranges.
I do have [ Schedule discovery scans per “Your Network” range ] enabled in Advanced Settings.
EDIT: Accidentally fixed it the hard way.

Hi, it appears there is still a backup issue with this version. There is no data being exported to the db folder that I can recover. The entire ticket list was missing when performing a restore. It only had ticket 1 welcome to SpiceWorks visible after the recovery. We could only recover our ticket list from a previous days backup and had to get the current days tickets resubmitted by staff. Our system auto updated to 7.5.00107 this week and it is no longer able to retrieve helpdesk mail from a server with a sha1 certificate. I can’t see anything in the release notes about this. Is it possible to roll it back?
