Unfortunately I can’t install the new beta. The previous one did not uninstall cleanly at all, in fact all it did was remove itself from programs and features. I’ve removed the previous install from program files, removed the programdata and any appdata folders, removed it’s software registry folder, cleared the temp files folders, and still no luck.

Install environment is a Windows 7 64 bit VM, 2 cores 7GB ram. (Why 7GB, it should have been 8, and I haven’t bothered to fix it.) 28GB free disk space.
