Just upgraded my live server to spiceworks 5 today. Whenever I try to access anything from the community through spiceworks it prompts me for a login, says its connecting and then it redirects me back to my dashboard page.
I try it again and it repeats the process over again with asking me to login.
The only way I can access the community is by doing it directly from community.spiceworks.com. This sucks as I cant update or install new plugins.

I have had a similar issue for a long time & was not able to get it resolved - but mine stems from having multiple Spiceworks implementations, so I am interested in this too.

Hey Zac,
In general when that happens, people have reported success after, a) using a different browser, or b) trying four to five times.
If you are still unable to connect after clearing the cache, restarting the application and using a different browser, please let me know.
Same results on multiple machines. Tested with IE 9 and Firefox. Cleared caches on both and tried again, still redirects me to my Dashboard page.
is there any type of logging I can enable that might help troubleshoot the problem?

Working on this through support at the moment ticket 38557. I will update the post as I have additional information or a fix.
