Hi all,

I have a client that is trying to connect to a database that he hasn’t used in a while, and when trying to connect, we get the error “specified driver cannot be found”.

Has anyone come across this error before?

{"@type":"Person
[{"@type":"Answer

Usually means the ODBC connection required for Access to get the data from (most likely a SQL) database is missing or incorrect.

This often happens if they changed their profile or PC and someone forgot to add the ODBC entry.

Check another user that has access and then run odbcad32.exe and add the entry (you will need to know the user and password)

{"@type":"Person
Briser-fae-the-broch
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/Briser-fae-the-broch"}}]}}
