I’ve got some trouble with active directory credentials, when i try to connect it with SW i got an error \" connection has failed because the connecting party isn’t responding well.\" ( it’s a translation of the french message). I’ve already read trought many threads and i use the SW documentation (http://community.spiceworks.com/help/Active_Directory<\/a>) to see what i’m missing.<\/p>\n
During the device scan i’ve got no problem, SW see the DC.<\/p>\n I’ve try these one to connect AD<\/p>\n AD credentials<\/p>\n ActiveDirectory server: DNSname or IP<\/p>\n User : [email protected]<\/p>\n SSL : uncheck<\/p>\n Do i have to modify my firewall entring rules on the DC ?<\/p>\n Thank in advance for your help<\/p>","upvoteCount":4,"answerCount":7,"datePublished":"2013-11-12T15:30:46.000Z","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"karimchouiref8470","url":"https://community.spiceworks.com/u/karimchouiref8470"},"acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":" I had a similar issue with mine after upgrading to version 7.
