Add WMI Scanning Agent

Already the discontinued legacy Windows edition Spiceworks Inventory supported WMI scanning of devices. Please add such a feature also to the Spiceworks Inventory Online edition. I prefer this feature added to the scanning agent. But a separate agent would work too. For the legacy edition, such a feature was available with the scanning agent. And WMI allows to detect far more details than the current scanning agent may detect and report.
