Hello,

When I click on Inventory > Devices I keep getting redirected to Inventory > Scan, which displays a page with devices that need credentials. I have restarted Spiceworks service and have also been to Settings > Network Scan and cancelled any scans.

I’m not sure what to do more. I just want to see my existing devices and I will manually edit them (I don’t have that many).

create a scan entry… enter the IP address of a known device along with whatever credentials you would enter to get the info to manually enter it… then start the scan and see what happens.

Thanks SW_Desperado. That seems to have worked. I re-started the scan, waited a few minutes and then stopped it. I can now access my Devices again.
