I am having problems where the inventory scan doesn’t pick up all devices on the network. I have started the inventory again from scratch but it still doesn’t work properly.

Any suggestions please?

What version of Spiceworks are you on? What type of devices are not getting scanned in? Do you have the proper scanning credentials entered in the Scan Settings page?

Spiceworks Version 7.5.00107

Desktops, Laptops, i think some printers and servers as well, ayes i believe that the credentials are correct.

Do you have any scan exceptions? Go to the scan settings page, and select an IP range. Is there anything listed in the global exceptions section?

I didn’t see anything on there but i have somehow got it working ( No idea how ) i will continue to look through it and see what else i can tweak and learn from the system.
