Does the update address the continuing performance issues that 7.3.001XX is still dealing with? Memory leaks, scanning crashes, etc.?

Local knowledge base? Thank you. I know this was a big issue before. Glad to see that. Has any of the scanning issues been tweaked in this version yet? I’ve sent my database in on several occasions to help solve this problem.

Well… IE 9 is no longer supported!!!

EDIT: when I launch the app in the browser on my SW server it gives me this. From my PC everything works fine.

EDIT: I can see the user portal with IE9 but I cannot get into the SW back end in IE9.

upgrade done… already using the “Waiting on User” status

Are there any reports that show the ticket Dashboard data? I would love to be able to generate these reports monthly and give them to management. They look nice.
