Has anyone heard of any tech shows coming up? I feel the need to do some networking. hmmm… maybe another pub night? That Turkey dinner was amazing at the last one!

It was. I have been thinking of asking if there are any SpiceCorp Edm people that are PowerShell experienced and if they would be willing to do a session one evening.

LOL. I’m a total rookie at Powershell but would be interested to hear some more.

(I learned PS to… automate the crap I can so I might get real work done…)

I just started on learning Power Shell, bought the book Learn Power Shell in a month of lunches. Was highly recommended at SW by the PS guys.

I’d be up for a meet up in a few weeks. Turkey is optional :slight_smile:

I use Google Power Shell when needed… I would be interested in hearing more about how to use it to help a newbie out who doesn’t do a ton of server admin work.

Maybe we do a show and tell meeting of handy scripts we have each made using our Google Powershell as an option for our next meeting?

I am no powershell expert and couldn’t present an entire session, but I have a few scripts I have put together in this fashion.

The last place was nice but a little too noisy for my tastes. I like to be able to hear the people sitting at the same table.
