I have been trying for 3 days to reach Unitrends support on the phone and keep having to hang up as I’ve been stuck on hold forever. Anyone else having this experience? I am unable to use chat support as the link I receive to reset my unitrends password forwards to a site called IT Glue and is expecting a login with a subdomain. Very strange. Unitrends used to be very timely with their support calls.

Unitrends quickly addressed my concerns and was able to help me reset my password to access their support site to open tickets. I was able to quickly get the technical support that I needed when I was able to contact the support engineer.
