With no changes made to any of our internet connections, firewals, or anything else we can think of, TeamViewer is dropping out alot, so much so we can no longer rely on Quicksupport - anyone else having problems at present?

I have not seen this on my home Teamviewer at all. I would highly recommend Bomgar or Screenconnect as an alternative for remote support sessions. They work much better. Remember to enable two step authentication on your TeamViewer account (Security purposes)
I’m still stuck on V11 and I’ve noticed a LOT of “bad password” errors when we’ve got Easy Access configured on endpoints and a number of stutters over the past few days. So far not enough for me to complain but it’s getting close!
TV12 all good here except I have one particular server that drops out about the same time every day or two. Comes back online after about ten minuets.
