Applied Group Policy objects N/A

Please help. Am trying to set up GPO but whenever I configure one and Run gpupdate /force and gpresult /r in CMP as administrator gpupdate /force runs successfully but gpresult /r shows no GPO applied for both User settings and Computer settings. Under User settings, even Default Domain policy is not showing.

I tried to check loopback processing as suggested by others but it’s not configured. What could be the problem here? Am running Server 2016.

Are you applying the GPO to the correct OUs?

Yes, I Created a Test OU and linked it to the Test GPO.

Do you have “Authenticated Users” in the secuirity filterinf of the GPO? Do you have the users and computers in the Test OU?

Yes, I do have ‘Authenticated users’ under security filtering and I have put one User in the Test OU.
