we’re using unitrends backup free 10.2.1 with the latest agents deployed.<\/p>\n
Normal backup operations works fine but when we start a backup copy job, only unix Systems where written to the attached usb drive. The Windows Systems are always in failed state.<\/p>\n
Is there any Option to see why the backup copy for this systems was no successful?<\/p>\n

Try modifying credentials for the windows systems. Use domain\\username for usernames.<\/p>\n

Along with the advice above it’s possible one of the VSS writers are failing, which should be showing up in event viewer on the affected Windows systems.<\/p>\n

Tried to set the credentials of each asset to an administrative account but doesn’t solve the issue. Normal file and applicationlevel Backups are working. Only the backup COPY not. When I understand it correct, the appliance would only copy the files who are already backed up to usb. It wouldn’t contact the windows node when it is performing a backup COPY only.
\nAre there logs on the appliance where I can go deeper?
