Hello, Never used spiceworks before, so hope you can help. I have 3 librarys each with there own network, can i use one spice works account with all three and can i monitor them over the internet, Like from my shop or home at night. Can i use the helpdesk the same way, monitor it from home or office and answer trouble tickets. We have t1’s at each location as far as i know ther are no vpn connections between the three either. Any help on this would be great. I really have no clue yet how to use the software, but really look forward to it.

Spiceworks 4.5 supports https now - you can have remote collectors send the updates to https://spiceworks.yourdomain.com/ securely without vpn.

Is there a way to have multiple clients, like for instance, i have 3 library branches. #1 #2 #3, can i set it up to group the 3 networks individually, or as one clients with 3 locations then say have a second group for say like a small doctors office.

group 1 is Library and group 2 is Doctors office, and group q would have the 3 branches under it.

If you are asking if you can have multiple levels - I think it is a one level deep system as of right now. There is no way to have 2 sites report to another site that reports to your main site - that I am aware of.
