Starting Monday, our helpdesk will not allow anyone (ADMINS), except the assignee close tickets. Keep getting “Error saving. Please try again”
I have restarted Spiceworks, and the machine it sits on. Still cannot close tickets.

Yes, any ticket not assigned to the admin will not close.

Are the tickets assigned to another admin or unassigned?
These are assigned tickets. Only the assigned tech can close.

That’s odd. I’m not able to reproduce this on my end. There could be something funky going on with you data. Let’s grab your logs and see what we can find. I’ll email you with instructions.
