Change in employment

I recently accepted a new position with a new company moving from IT Systems Admin to full time web development and management. I just wanted to take a few minutes to post and thank everyone for the help I’ve received on the forums in the last few years. My time on the forums will likely dwindle but I will remain in touch.

Also this is a chance to thank the Spiceworks team as the product has truly revolutionized the way my employer has viewed our IT department and paved the way for me to advance. I’m sure many others feel the same way.

I’ll be part of a group of developers where we each have our own niche and specialty, so for the most part we get to focus on what we enjoy doing. It was a difficult choice to make but I’m doing whats best!

If you love what you are doing, it won’t be work. Good luck on the new job, but hopefully you have already prepped your replacement to use SW and join the community.
