I have seen a few Properties that use Fresh Works. Of course we just designed our own Web Portal.

The questions remain:

Do you have a Budget?

What are your needs?

What is your deadline for having this setup?

Is there a change management feature available in Snipe-IT? I do have used it in the past, but don’t see one available.

If the tool has all our requirements and has a reasonable preputial cost. - Yes. Looking only for the entire change management feature → different levels of approvals → after change monitoring → documentation, notification via email, etc. we have other tools in place for the Ticketing system/Asset management and etc.
