We’ve released a Tickets UI bugfix, and a backend upgrade for the Cloud Help Desk application.

  • Fixed: in some cases the “More attributes” link in the right-panel does not display, requiring a page refresh before the user can view/edit a ticket’s “custom attributes” values (see screenshot below)
  • Updated authentication and registration endpoints to enable us to later release a new registration flow for both new accounts and add-on users for existing accounts
