Hi,

I’ve just upgraded to Beta IV and found that when I hover my cursor over “Inventory”, then click “Could Services” it fails every time and instead displays an “An Application Error Occurred” page.

Also, from the Alerts widget on the Dashboard, I get the same error message when clicking any Could Service alert I may have. Interestingly, when clicking the Alerts in the footer status bar, then clicking a Could Service listed there, it displays.

However, the link that does work is listed under a different name. I have a domain name that expires in less than 2 weeks, and in the Alerts widget it is listed under that domain name, yet the alert from the footer status bar lists it under MelbourneIT, the domain registrar. Clicking MelbourneIT works, while clicking the domain name fails.

Please ensure that you are not upgrading from a previous beta version. This is known to cause issues and is something that is not supported.

Thanks for testing!

{"@type":"Person
[{"@type":"Answer

Hi William

I installed Beta 4 over a stable 5.3 system and this functionality works fine for me.

OK, so now I’m happy that there doesn’t appear to be a New! Improved! bug in Beta IV, but I’m also disappointed that obviously I’d be dipping out on getting a bug-finder badge! Sigh!

Still might be a bug. Is the rest of the app working for you?

Did you upgrade or install fresh?

{"@type":"Person
bernardw
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/bernardw"}},{"@type":"Answer
