A more recent set of data! You will see content that is as new as early last week from the production Community.

Speaking of more recent content, we’ve added a few more types to the Playground. Last time, we migrated Blogs, Articles, and Scripts. This time, we’ve migrated How-tos, Feature Requests, and Product Reviews.

How-tos can be found by using the howto tag . To refine your search, simply click the “All Categories” button near HowTo in the UI and select the area you want to look in. You can also find these by entering a Category and then adding “Howto” where you see “All Tags.” For those of you who love advanced search, you’ll notice you can add multiple tags, such as Data Backup and HowTo, to find all your favorite Data Backup How-tos , including a blast from the past, “ Ensure your DR Plan is ready for a Zombie Apocolypse .”

Similarly, Product Reviews can be found using the Product-Reviews tag and can be filtered using Categories or additional tags. Note that all Product Reviews have been migrated in a locked state and new reviews cannot be added to them.

Feature Requests have been migrated over for our IT Tools, such as Cloud Help Desk , Inventory Online , Connectivity Dashboard , and other Cloud Tools . Feature Requests for products no longer supported have not been migrated. We have also not migrated over Community Feature Requests as the re-platforming of Community will greatly change things.
In addition, we’ve addressed a few smaller bugs and issues and added Scripts that were missing from the last update.
Things to remember

As this is a “Playground,” there isn’t permanency to everything here quite yet. So here are a few special callouts.

While this is a more current data pull from the live community, it is a few weeks old and will not reflect changes since then. Speaking of which, if you’re looking to match your Username & URLname, make sure to let us know so it can be properly migrated over in our next update.

Any interactions you started on the Playground will be lost in the next migration. This means that your created topics, chats, posts, etc., will disappear.

Any follows of people, groups, and tags in the Playground have been reset, so you will have to go ahead and update those you are following again.

Your feed reflects your current follows in the live Community, but this can be updated by Watching and Tracking areas and content within the Playground.
