Hi Everyone,

I’m sure some of you will have implemented conferencing equipment in your workplace before.

We are in a PoC on some Crestron equipment using MTR on an Android v10 system.

We have a Crestron Videobar 70 and AM3100-WF kit.

We do a Cybersecurity certification each year. One requirement is being on supported software/operating systems that still receive security patches.

Android 10 is obviously long out of support. We want a piece of equipment that is going to give us longevity for the next 5 years.

I am curious what some Spiceworks community members may have implemented and if you have worked with similar constraints. Any recommendations from anyone?

We ran into the same issue and ended up segmenting the conferencing gear onto its own VLAN with limited internet access. That way it stays off the regular production network.
