Does anyone know the ins and outs of the newer
Xerox copies, etc., I am working on a Xerox
Work centre I could be wrong on model no.
but it is close Xerox work centre 7220. It says
It has a misfed paper, but there is no paper.
Does anyone know how to pinpoint the correct sensor. I cleaned all sensors. Joe

Are all the doors properly shut and the sensors aligned properly? Have you checked the entire paper path and not just where indicated?
Is your paper in the trays properly? I’ve had machines that kept tripping on me because the paper was folded in the tray.
Have you tried turning it off and back on again? (Seriously, though, have you?)
Xerox support is excellent from my experiences, especially if it’s a recently purchased device. Sent engineers out pretty much next day to resolve issues that couldn’t be done remotely. - give them a call.
Make sure that all the flags for the sensors are moving properly and not broken.
Double check areas where different portions of the machine come together, not to mention the paper trays. Keep in mind if your in the middle of printing a multiple page job there can be a lot more paper moving through the machine at once than you would initially think.
When in doubt, call the tech out. Most models have their little quirks and issues and the service personnel are going to have the experience to resolve the issue without accidentally breaking something and making it worse.
