Right now we just have (2) admins in our environment, and we are a “Core” subscription for free. If we upgrade to “Premium” for $12 / month… and we end up not needing the added features… can we “downgrade” back to Core for free again?

My gut tells me yes, you could downgrade so long as you meet the core requirements. But please don’t take my gut for Spiceworks policy. :thinking:

Is there something the paid version offers you before you upgrade?

One thing I haven’t seen is a minimum commitment, so it could be 30 days rolling or yearly with monthly subs.

@philhaberek It’s a rolling monthly subscription based on the date you upgraded (not calendar month)

You can downgrade at any time from inside Cloud Help Desk. Provided you remain under the employee user limit (which you currently are), you can continue to use the Core plan. If you downgrade mid-month, you will continue to have access to the Premium plan until the end of that month’s billing cycle.
