Right now we just have (2) admins in our environment, and we are a “Core” subscription for free. If we upgrade to “Premium” for $12 / month… and we end up not needing the added features… can we “downgrade” back to Core for free again?<\/p>\n

Thanks for the tag @clutka<\/a><\/p>\n @philhaberek<\/a> It’s a rolling monthly subscription based on the date you upgraded (not calendar month)<\/p>\n You can downgrade at any time from inside Cloud Help Desk. Provided you remain under the employee user limit (which you currently are), you can continue to use the Core plan.
