Hello, i was wondering with Spiceworks Helpdesk Cloud if we have 10 users do we have to pay premium for all 10 or 5 as we get 5 free

To clarify you do not pay for users, it’s only admins.

If you have more than 6 admins, you pay for them all, so if you have 5 it’s free, if you have 10, you pay for 10.
