Hello,

For around 2 weeks I have strange situation. When I go to my feed, refresh it I see info on daily question. After pressing “Bring it on” nothing happens and I can’t answer it.

I use Firefox with uBlock, but whole spiceworks.com domain is whitelisted… I tried other browsers and the same situation. I logged off the community and logged on again. Didn’t help.

On the other day I tried Spiceworks mobile app. I got notification on Daily Question. After I follow this and try to open the question I see message “Your next challenge will be available in XX hours”, no possibility to answer the question.

Do any of You have similar problems?

What could be the reason of this situation? And the solution of course…

We’ve gotten a few reports of this bug, and we’re currently investigating the issue. We think it’s a bug with the Daily Challenge being unable to ‘find’ a question for you if you have a “100” rating in a number of categories, but we’re still looking into it.

I’m really sorry this happened, and hopefully we can get a fix for it soon!

Yeah, got the problem here now too - does it on Chrome and Firefox, so thought maybe it was just me, I hope my streak gets reinstated :wink:

Just as an update, we think we have a lead on what the issue is, but we don’t have a good fix for it yet. I know this is frustrating, but thank you guys for your patience while we keep investigating!

David, for whatever reason, when I hover over the link to “Get My Question” it just leads to https://community.spiceworks.com/start # - not sure if that helps at all, but it just seems like it’s not populating the button properly.

That’s just how Javascript works. You don’t need URLs for Javascript :slight_smile:

I’m having the same problem today. No bueno. The daily quiz question link does not open.

I don’t want to promise anything (since we still have a lot of testing to do for this week’s site updates), but I believe we should have a fix out later this week, if all goes well. Sorry again, everyone, I know this has been painful.

I tried, but same result. I’m on my phone though, so that might be it I did try to answer once, but when I hit submit, it took me to another spiceworks article. Oh well, I’ll try tomorrow

Says I got it right…guess it did go through, strange I didn’t get to see the result.

It worked today for me on mobile app. I will check tomorrow on browser.

Hmm, check again today, but if you can, keep your browser console open while doing it to see if any errors pop up while you’re taking it? Grab a screenshot if anything shows up there.
