Hi all, I’m looking for some assistance, i had 4 remote sites reporting to my central server, while doing some maintenance work i accidentally deleted one of the sites, so i disabled it and then re enabled it with the hopes of it showing back up on my central site but to no avail, can someone explain to me how i can retrieve the remote site, i tried using the old site name but no luck…
also it shows that a secure connection has been established, but when i hit save it stays on checking for server forever, this site worked prior to deletion
thanks and Regards

Hi,
Try restarting both sites and then attempting to connect them again. Is the remote site showing up anywhere on the central site?

If you go to the Settings >> Remote Sites page on the Central site, does the remote site you removed show up at all?

Are you syncing tickets between the remote site and the central site? Or just the inventory?

If you change the name of the remote site, does it connect properly?

No, I’ve tried changing the name or using the same name with no luck with connectivity, I’m stumped I have to checked the settings on router and modem and my port forwarding is in tact what I just discovered is I’m no longer able to connect the central server from a browser at that location, so I may have to contact my isp

Can you access the Central site from the remote site? Make sure you use the same info that you entered, which should be HTTPS I believe.
