So, I’ve uploaded a fix for the Dell Warranties. Your installation should pull it down overnight at some point if it’s healthy. If that happens, in theory, you’ll be able to scan for warranties. However, I’m seeing an error in my logs that we’re investigating. I seem to be getting warranty data back from Dell, so I don’t know how serious the error is yet. In any case, I’d love to know if this works for you (or if it doesn’t).

Jackie.

{"@type":"Person
jackie
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/jackie"}},{"@type":"Answer

Thanks for the update Jackie. I seem to be able to pull information now. Yep, it’s a known issue!

Thanks for the update Jackie. I seem to be able to pull information now. It does require me to manually request the update on each device.
