All our laptops are able to pick up their Dell Service tags and go to the support site when clicked on. But when scanning for warranties in the General Info tab it comes back with nothing?
Currently using Spiceworks Version 7.5.00101

As far as I know the Dell warranty scan in Spiceworks is broken due to API access

I have read about that from some previous threads dated a couple of years back, but it still hasn’t been resolved?

I've seen old discussions on this relating to older versions of Spiceworks, but haven't seen anything recent. I just installed the latest version of Spiceworks, and have noticed it cannot find any Dell warranties. The HP ones come through fine, but even with a manual scan of Dell computers, it will say "no warranties found" --- despite having the service tags listed for the computers which you can see on Dell's site have warranties associated with them.

I've got a network full of Dell kit and SpiceWorks has always been able to fetch the warranty data (although sometimes it requires pressing the "Scan X warranties now" link to be pressed a few times.
I've just had a delivery of 3 new machines and it simply will not retrieve the data from the Dell site. If I go to the Dell site, I can easily see the information there. I also noticed Dell have changed their web site recently, so maybe that is the issue (not sure if it's fetched via API or …
