Hi all,

we recently bought 20 dell wyse thin clients…
We are now looking for the device manager but after 2 customer support chats, calling sales, technical support and sales again, we aren’t a step closer to it.
I’m looking for the Dell Wyse Device Manager Workgroup edition or another free management tool…
I found soms on https://downloads.dell.com but or the servers are extremily slow or there’s somehting wrong with it because 4 hours of downloading resulted 368 MB from 1.1GB…
Anybody tips where to find it?
I’m starting to regret my decision to tranfer to Dell…

In the past you had to have a support contact with Dell to be able to download or access the Wyse device management. I don’t think you can get updates to the thin clients without a contract.
