I get emails every day from SW stating that the device has been off line for > 10 Mins. However the device has never been offline. Is thie just me or do otheres experience this ?

It generally happens around 12:30 am mainly from servers

Do you have backups scheduled at that time or anything? I’ve seen this happen (not just with Spiceworks, but with other monitoring software) when servers get really busy and don’t respond to requests.

I agree with chadness in that this type of false offline alert is normally because of server load durning backups etc., do you backup around this time?
