I am trying to use a user account that have domain access which allows me to go to any of the desktops in the office and log in. When the network scan runs using that login SW cannot access any of the computers. I am not sure why and any help would be appreciated .

Spiceworks needs to run as an Administrator and also needs Administrator login details to for each machine it is scanning.

Agree with Nick. You need to use a username and password that has Admin access on all the machines, not just able to log in. Also are you just getting scan errors on those machines in inventory or are they not populating at all?
