Looks like an actual ticket number… response to a ticket from you. That was an automatic notification informing you it was being closed because we hadn’t received a reply. Original ticket opened on the 27th, about being unable to reply or vote on the Snap.
The title of the ticket is a default if there is no other title. I’ve seen it before.
If you want to PM me, I can confirm authenticity by telling you all the rest of what it says.
… of course I have seen spammy messages with our name on them, but usually they are months old captured from somewhere else and trying to get people to click on some really obvious link. This one won’t have anything like that.
It was the return email address that made me suspicious. Thanks for the clarification.
