Hi, I have an error with the bulk import: when I import a device by updating some fields I get the message ‘Skipping device because name or serial number is missing’.
\nThe csv file I use is this:
\nserial_number, asset_tag
\nCSFDSDDSD, 174418
\nIf I also add the name field the import is done correctly:
\nname, serial_number, asset_tag
\nBrazil2, CSFDSDDSD, 4343434.
\nIn the vs. support page I had read that the import was also possible only with the Serial_Number but it does not seem so.
\nMaybe I’m wrong something?!?
