Hi team!

I try to import a large number of elements in the CSV file.I get the following error “Skipping device because name or serial number is missing: {: modelserial_number =>” WS-GZZZZ; ZZZZZZZZZ “}”

The data in the format look like this:

Model serial_number

12000/4-AC-PEM ART1024H00L

Help me understand what you need to specify in CSV format so that the devices has been imported to spicework.

Maybe your CSV is using tabs instead of commas and the SW import requires commas?
