I use spiceworks in my organisation and i want to create an escalation metrix on the portal to send escalation to different email addresses in the organisation at different intervals. how can i achieve this?

You can’t, Spiceworks does not support escalation or ticket processes.

Welcome to the community!! There is no an official way to do this. The best you can do is use Custom Attributes and assign a ticket category but that’s about it.

I want this feature just for the name:

has a nice ring to it.
