We have a Versant 180 run by a Fiery print server. We had network scanning working a few weeks ago. But now it is not. My question is this: you can access the Fiery server through the web page on the Webtools interface, but creating the scan templates does not make them appear on the printer control panel. If I create the scan templates on the Versant 180 web page, then I see the scan templates. The issue is it errors out on the transfer of the scan file to our SMB server. We get error code 018-755. The scan template does verify successfully during the creation of the scan template and verify function, but does not transfer the scan over to the server. What gives here?
