Hi

I have set up a couple of remote sites last month that reports the inventory with remote devices. They all have a updated time in the column for Last updated time, but the column Last scanned time seems stuck on an old date.

Internal devices have the same date in both colomns, remote have not updated since last month. In the settings for remote sites it shows the sites are connected, last contact within 1 minute.

Is this column not supposed to update for remote sites?

Also - there seems to be an issue with collecting event logs for remote sites. It works perfekct internally, but the is nothing reportet for remote devices.

Remote sites shouldn’t be an issue, presumably there is no issue with allowed ports at the remote sites?

Do the remote sites IP ranges differ from your site? Have you added this range in Spiceworks?

Thank you for your answer

Eh - I know it shouldn’t be an issue, but right now it is.

Yes, all remote ip-ranges are different from the main site. The scan ranges are defined on the remote sites, and not on the central installation.

I am also having the same issue on another customer using remote site, the same columns have the same issue. Last updated date is current date, but last scanned date is several weeks old.

I have the same problem too and it looks like we are not alone and the Spiceworks team is working on it. I hope…
