Last Updated Time is up to date.
Central server devices Last Scan Time is up to date.
All remote sites (5 sites) and central server are 7.4+.
It started from first day i installed SW (about 7.1 or 7.2)
Tried to delete 1 remote site’s devices from central server, then deleted the remote site, and reconnected the site - the devices apper with current date, but haven’t updated since.
any ideas?
Thanks!
Shay
3 Spice ups
I have just noticed this myself, and noticed the last contact from my Remote Sites was the day of the update on each of them.
In my case, last contact on all remote sites is ok (usually less then 2 hours).
I would appriciate any feedback.
Thanks
Shay.

Do you have scans running? If you go to the Scan settings page on the central site, do you see Scheduled Scans set up?

What version are all the sites at?
Central and one remote site are at 7.5.00062 (upgraded to check if it solves it), other four remote sites are at 7.4.0119.

Can you upgrade the remote sites to our current version? If this is a bug, then we will need to be on the latest version and see if it still happens.
Ok, all sites are now at 7.5.00063.
I will post an update in a day or two.
Hi Jaime
Still the same, Last Scan Time hasn’t changed.
Thanks

If you delete a device, does it get scanned back in? Without disconnecting and reconnecting the remote site as you did earlier. Just a plain deletion of the device and lets see if it gets scanned back in.

Hi All,
Just an Update. I have updated my central server to 7.5.00063 and 2 of my remote sites to 7.5.00063. No issues on the “last scan Update” time. So i’m good with 7.5.00063
Hi Jamie
Deleted 5 devices from 3 different sites for testing, will keep you posted.

Let me know if they get picked up again.
Hi
It took some time…
The deleted devices got picked again, but their Last Scan Time still not updating, showing the date it was re-picked, few days ago. The Last Update Time is up to date.
Although FW rules applied with GP, tried turning off windows FW completely on Spiceworks remote installation and specific stations but it didn’t help.
Thanks

When you say it took some times, how long was it? How often to the discovery scans run?
It took 2-4 days, schedualed scans configuration attached.
Thanks
…and to make it even more weird, at one remote site, the 2 stations i deleted, Last Update Time stopped few days after rediscovered, although all other stations Last Update Time is up to date.
